Take it slow and intentional during your treatments, relishing each step that you might normally rush through: lathering, removing hot towels, massage, applying lip balm, or even your starting ritual (if you don't have one, get your clients to inhale deeply thrice for an amazing start). Brownie points for essential oils - try rosemary, lavender & lemongrass!
